Readiness Diagnostic

A Readiness Diagnostic is a mock onsite assessment to determine your organisation’s readiness or preparedness to successfully achieve one of our quality programs.

The onsite mock assessment is conducted by an international team of our assessors who develop a report which includes Priority Action Items (PAIs) for your organisation to address to prepare for future achievement of a quality program.

A Readiness Diagnostic is highly recommended for organisations that have never undertaken a quality program to international standards and/or who are considering moving from one quality program to another such as from Certification to Accreditation.
