The ACHS Improvement Academy (IA) recently hosted the annual graduation ceremony for the 2024 Virtual Quality Improvement Lead (QIL) program participants.

This cohort of passionate professionals has spent the past nine months completing quality Improvement projects that have made a real difference in their organisations. Guided by expert facilitators, participants acquired the skills, knowledge, and practical tools needed to define and implement effective, sustainable improvements.
Coming from diverse healthcare sectors, these graduates brought unique perspectives and innovative ideas to the program. Together, they developed solutions to address key challenges and drive ongoing enhancements within healthcare systems.
