Dubai Health Achieves ACHSI Accreditation Across Ambulatory Health Centres
A certificate ceremony attended by senior leaders and dignitaries, was held at WHX Dubai.
Congratulations to Dubai Health Ambulatory Health Centres — including its primary healthcare centres and specialised outpatient services —on successfully achieving accreditation from Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI).
As Dubai’s first integrated academic health system, Dubai Health represents a large and complex network dedicated to patient care, education, and research. Its 26 ambulatory health centres across Dubai deliver integrated primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative services, supporting population health outcomes a scale.
The accreditation achievement has attracted significant attention across regional and international media and was formally announced during a celebration at the Dubai Health stand at WHX Dubai, marking an important milestone in the organisation’s journey toward internationally recognised healthcare excellence.

This achievement reflects Dubai Health’s strong commitment to implementing the internationally recognised standards in healthcare delivery, with a clear focus on enhancing both patient and employee experience.
The ACHSI assessment incorporated a range of structured feedback and engagement mechanisms, including insights from the Press Ganey Patient Survey Program and the Dubai Health Majalis: Voice of the Community initiative, which promotes active community involvement in shaping healthcare services. Further feedback was captured through the 04 Platform, a unified communication channel that enables patients and community members to submit suggestions, comments, and complaints, supporting continuous improvement across the ambulatory care network.
