Welcome to our Staff Spotlight where we introduce our great teams who work tirelessly to support ACHSI Members. We are pleased to welcome Ms Saloni Bahuguna as our Client Management Lead for the Asia Pacific region, who has quickly became a valued member of the ACHSI team.
Ms Bahuguna is a committed and accomplished healthcare professional with extensive expertise in business development, project management, client relations, and quality management operations. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Ms Bahuguna has already had the privilege of meeting many of our members and eagerly anticipates delivering exceptional quality management while fostering new connections.

1. How does your role support ACHS International Members?
As a Client Management Lead, I am focused on building strong relationships with leaders in healthcare organisations committed to continuous quality improvement, understanding their unique needs and challenges. I provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements and offer guidance on product features, functionality, education development and best practices. I am committed to ensuring Members are supported through their quality improvement journey and understand the ACHS International (ACHSI) Member Benefits to maximise their experience and outcomes.
2. What do you find most rewarding about working in the healthcare sector?
Being able to make a positive impact on people's lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of working in healthcare. Knowing that my work is making a difference and positively influencing the lives of others is truly fulfilling.
Working at ACHSl has provided me with the opportunity to contribute towards improving patient outcomes, enhancing safety, and promoting a culture of excellence in healthcare organisations.
3. Describe an interesting project that you have worked on at ACHS International.
Currently, I am actively involved in an interesting project as a member of a team tasked with partnering with a prominent healthcare organisation group implementing EQuIP7 standards. The primary goal of this project is to elevate the overall quality of healthcare services, optimise patient outcomes, and establish a solid foundation for ongoing enhancements. Our project involves a comprehensive evaluation and gap analysis, the implementation of EQuIP7 standards, providing training programs, and the creation of an assessment roadmap. Our aim is to support and guide the organisation’s mission of continuous improvement and robust healthcare system, prioritising patient safety, clinical excellence, and patient-centred care.
