QI Awards 2026 Now Open!

The ACHS International Quality Improvement (QI) Awards 2026 are now open for submissions. The awards give ACHSI Member organisations the opportunity to highlight initiatives that improve patient outcomes, strengthen service delivery, advance sustainability, and lift healthcare performance.

Award Categories
Submissions are invited across three areas of improvement:
- Clinical Excellence and Patient Safety: Initiatives that demonstrate innovation and measurable improvement in the safe, effective, patient-centred care.
- Sustainable Healthcare and Service Delivery: Projects that improve clinical and non-clinical service delivery, including sustainable healthcare and environmental responsibility initiatives.
- Healthcare Measurement: Initiatives that use data and measurement to assess performance, guide improvement, and demonstrate outcomes over time.
Who can Enter?
- Entry is open to all current ACHS International Members.
- Public and private healthcare organisations of all sizes may apply.
- Applications must relate to a quality improvement activity implemented within the past two years.
- Projects entered in other awards programs may also be submitted to the ACHSI QI Awards 2026.
By entering, applicants agree that ACHSI may publish and distribute their submission.
Submissions close Friday 4 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (GMT+10:00).
