EQuIP for Oral Health

Oral Health Care services include general dentistry and dental specialities such as orthodontics, periodontics, maxillofacial surgery and other specialties that may be conducted in an ambulatory care setting. 

The EQuIP7 Guide for Oral Health Care is relevant for organisations that provide oral health care and services in an ambulatory care setting that does not provide overnight accommodation, including: a free-standing facility, an oral health care service that is part of a larger hospital or a home setting.

ACHSI Assessment was different – the ACHSI approach and looking at things during assessment was in a very practical way as the assessors were not only looking at the documents but also created high risk scenarios and asked staff questions around it, it was amazing and a big learning for us. ACHSI is exceptional.
