The Improvement Academy is pleased to provide a free interactive training session to our Members on Quality Improvement (QI) Demystified. This interactive virtual training will demystify the science of quality improvement and make it part of your everyday business. You will learn the science of process management, the tools to improve outcomes, reduce costs and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Outcomes:
- Gain knowledge of the history of quality improvement (QI)

For each Masterclass session, we secure a local or international speaker who have considerable expertise in quality improvement across multiple sectors and different countries to educate, inform and inspire.

Professor Alison McMillan, Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer of the Australian Government and delve into the opportunities and challenges in the current Australian health workforce.
As highlighted by the World Health Organization, there is a projected shortfall of 10 million healthcare workers globally by 2030.
Join us in this Masterclass as the Australian Government’s Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer sheds light on workforce issues and management, as well as the proposed primary care reform strategies.
